Use of the service

HeyChoosy provides public polling tools for quick opinions, lightweight discussion, and decision support. You may use the service only in a lawful manner and only for content you have the right to publish.

Guest access

The current version of HeyChoosy is guest-first. That means many actions are available without a traditional login or registration flow. You are still responsible for your use of the service, even when you are using a guest identity.

Acceptable content

• No illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful content.
• No harassment, hate speech, threats, or content designed to target protected groups.
• No spam, engagement manipulation, mass reposting, or attempts to distort vote counts.
• No publishing personal, confidential, or doxxing-style information about other people.
• No adult, violent, or unsafe content that would make the service unsuitable for general audiences.

Platform rules

• We may remove polls, comments, or profiles that break these terms or create moderation risk.
• We may limit, suspend, or block abusive usage patterns without advance notice.
• We may use automated systems and manual review to reduce spam and protect poll integrity.

Intellectual property

You keep ownership of content you submit, but you give HeyChoosy a non-exclusive license to host, display, distribute, and moderate that content as needed to operate the service. The HeyChoosy brand, site design, and software remain the property of their respective owners.

No guarantee of results

Poll results reflect the responses of people who chose to participate. They are not professional advice, scientific research, or a guarantee that any decision is correct. You are responsible for how you use poll outcomes in your own personal, product, or business decisions.

Service availability

We may update, limit, or discontinue parts of the product at any time. We aim to keep HeyChoosy available and useful, but we do not promise uninterrupted access.
